Impact-Based Logic Model
Systemic Racism. It's the #1 reason it's so difficult for the Black community to survive or thrive. That's why Atlanta (x)Black’s logic model is designed to give changemakers a framework to make systemic change. We’ll measure our impact to the Black community based on the following four objectives.
Goals
Empowering the Black community. Atlanta (x)Black provides changemakers with a common goal to Empower Blackness. This approach gives changemakers a highly compelling opportunity to Celebrate Blackness, Elevate Blackness, Uplift Blackness, and Unleash Blackness. We’ll measure our goals based on the total number of changemakers we influence.
Inputs
Inspiring the Black community. Atlanta (x)Black provides changemakers with opportunities to join forces with and empower the Black community by allocating social, human, resource, and financial capital. This opportunity gives changemakers a collective action approach to transforming the Black community. We’ll measure our inputs based on the total number of assets we collect.
Outputs
Engaging the Black community. Atlanta (x)Black engages changemakers with impact-driven activations, including campaigns, experiences, ventures, and projects, to empower the Black community. These opportunities will be an authentic way to activate changemakers within the Black community. We’ll measure our outputs based on the total number of engagements we create.
Outcomes
Developing the Black community. Atlanta (x)Black will help changemakers focus their efforts on the development of social mobility opportunities for Black residents, professionals, business, and neighborhoods in the areas of human, professional, business, and community development. These opportunities represent the various states of social mobility for the Black community. We’ll measure our outcomes based on the number of social mobility opportunities we deliver.
